had fine dinning exam today.
basically just sit there eat 4-5 dishes and prof walk around and grade you.
examination held at Charcoal at The treasury.
Charcoal trained on Shatec Students however the only comment we had on the services when we exit is that they seriously need to learn their theory of serving before even starting on their practical. -.- reason: they drop plate. they clash the plates with some other things on the table, they chatted loudly and pushing blame to each other infront of us like "is you tell me put the plate here de lo", etc...
took few photos with cheryl but she only send those with me.... X(
but oh well... just see more of my face la k!
photos are taken when prof is observing others so that explains where the photos are coming from.
first dish up:
Starter - Vege -.-
Then Soup which doesnt taste that good, lead us in thinking if the cook was also on training.
Then Main Course. seriously the proportion of vege was more than the main course. but well.. thats fine dinning. sigh..
Look at how pathetic the portion was!
then the desert. best of all, coz i think they bought from else where. sigh.
